SHIPPING
We ship to the following locations:
United States
Canada
Spain
United Kingdom
 
Complimentary shipping on all orders in United States. Shipment usually arrives within 3-4 days. We do offer 2-day and 1-day shipping at a flat rate cost as well. 
The Bova Oxfords will ship between May 24th-31st, 2017.

It's important to note that the flat rate cost varies by country. 

If you do not see your country listed, let us know and we will see if we can ship there. 

 
RETURN POLICY
Returns are free, but must be returned within 90 days to be fully refunded to original payment method used. However, returns received after 90 days, but within 365 days, can be exchanged or refunded to store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received it.
If you would like to return an item(s), please contact ian.anderson@ianmarko.com to receive a return label.

DEFECTS
We only replace items if they are defective/damaged during transit or upon delivery.  If product is defected, please send us a picture at ian.anderson@ianmarko.com and reference your order number in the email.  Once we receive picture and inspect it, we will determine whether or not the defect will be accepted.
 
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you need to exchange product(s), please contact us at  1-276-233-0277 or email us at ian.anderson@ianmarko.com.
 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within eight business days. 
Note: 
Only regular priced items may be fully refunded. Sale items will be refunded to amount paid at time of sale. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary, depending on where you live.
 
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
 
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be responsible for notifying you of the refund.
